Weekly Menu 6.27-7.2

After an almost 2 month hiatus, we are back with the weekly menu! Truth be told, we are in the middle of selling our house and while the house was on the market I didn't want to have to keep the kitchen immaculate for unexpected showings. There's been A LOT of pizza and ice cream nights happening around here and it's time I get some veggies in my family's system (tomato sauce counts, though, right?). I have one month left to enjoy my beautiful kitchen before I move onto a kitchen from the early 90's in the new house. I'm going to try to make the most of it!
