Weekly Menu 1.31-2.6

Gearing up for a BIG snowstorm beginning tonight and continuing through Tuesday morning. That means cozy up. I had a moment last night where I was sitting on the couch by the fire, under a blanket, watching a movie with my husband and my parents, and realized how lucky I am (and probably all of you reading this) that I can be inside on such a cold evening with shelter, warmth, family, and food security. I encourage you to also take a moment at some point, even if it's just one deep breath, be grateful, and give back as much as you can.
