Weekly Menu 1.17-1.23

This week is the first of many of working through Ina's Modern Comfort Food cookbook. I plan on attacking 5 recipes this week: Crispy chicken, lemon orzo, roasted sweet potatoes with chipotle orange butter, roasted butternut squash with sage, and the Ultimate Beef Stew. Let's see if I can keep up this pace.
