Turkey Burgers with Caramelized Onions

Today has me dreaming of summer. Let's be honest, though...everyday for the next 2-3 months will have me dreaming of summer. One of my favorite things to eat on a hot day is the turkey burgers from Citarella. They are delectable, and apparently, I'm not the only one who thinks so, because the few times I tried to get them this summer at the store, they were sold out. Harumph. What is one to do, but to try and recreate them at home? It took about 4-5 tries, but I believe I've done it. They are delicious, easy, and can feed a crowd. Even better, they are just as good the next day for leftovers. And, if it's too cold to grill outside (I believe the only time it's too cold to grill outside is when there is snow covering the grill), then you can easily make these in a cast iron skillet or griddle pan.
